The conference will cover a range of topics including an introduction, patient registries, the clinical presentation of GABAAR disorders with a focus on necessary knowledge and outcome measures for clinical trials, the composition of GABAAR’s and specific information needed for treatment development, parent experiences on the importance of characterization, variant characterization understanding, the critical understanding of variants and efficient screening methods, preclinical and off-label use of PBA for GABAAR variants, gene therapy discussions for CNS disorders, and the current pipeline and strategies to attract industry, concluding with a summary of discussions.

We have requested that participant rooms be located in the same area of the hotel. While the hotel will do its best to accommodate this, they note that it may be difficult due to limited availability.
Wheelchair-Accessible Rooms:

All other rooms include either a bathtub or a shower base with a step and are not fully accessible.
